Long haul resorts show Brits in better light
Jul 29th
British holidaymakers on long-haul holidays are said to have a different image than that of the UK rowdy European holidaymakers.
Recent research by an online tour operator found that the longer the journey away from the UK, the better behaved the UK holidaymakers are.
The research also revealed that Brits tend to be more cultural when travelling to long-haul destinations such as the Caribbean, Indian Ocean or South America.
In the poll, UK travellers ranked second best in the world, with a great reputation for far-flung resorts; it‚s a shame the reputation in Europe isn‚t the same.
All inclusive resorts are more popular for the more exotic holiday destination.
